How Local & County Governments Can Deter Illegal Immigration ​

Since our Federal Government fails to follow the constitution and enforce our immigration laws our local & county governments must take steps to deter illegal immigration.   Confiscating vehicles that do not have auto insurance has been used with success to deter illegal immigration.  A side benefit is a decrease in insurance rates.

​No benefits should ever be provided to illegal immigrants unless legally required by Federal law.  All government departments, including education, must verify citizenship before giving benefits.  If a government employee steals taxpayer resources and gives it to an unauthorized non-citizen they should be heavily fined and terminated from employment.  Also, all employers will be required to use e-Verify to determine employee eligibility to legally work in the USA and violators will be heavily fined.

How State Government Can Deter Illegal Immigration 

The Mississippi State Government has an obligation to keep illegal immigrants out of our state.  No driver's licences or ID should ever be provided to a non-citizen. Millions of dollars of health services are provided for free to illegal immigrants while citizens of this state pay for health insurance and health care.  Being in our state illegally should be a state crime.  Violators should have their property seized and be incarcerated.  They can be hired out to work on farms while in prison. The revenue can go to the state to help cover the cost.
